None of my former regulars are active any more, so my recent adventures lately have been to AMPs. Like many of you, I will reach out while the MT works on me to see what I can get away with and let her know that I am interested in having more than my back rubbed. Yesterday I was in (legitimate) physical therapy for a back injury. Hot pack, electrical stimulation, massage, then cold pack. The normal back routine.
