CC is great if you are traveling but you have to be paranoid and come across as legit in every on site communication. If you get banned, you can create a new profile using a new device (cheap tablet from Walmart, an old iPad) but it has to be something you've never visited the CC site before on and you cannot use your regular wifi. With the SB site, it's partly luck but also having a good memory for seeing a profile you've seen on seeking before. Generally, if a Secret Benefits SB has a seeking profile, they'll be higher priced and may not even respond to messages on SB.com. It also depends on your type. If you are messaging college age / under 30, fit, well dressed types, you know the ones who always have a pic of themself on a yacht, somewhere in Europe, or on a sports car, they generally end up seeking and want more PPM or a full arrangement.
