My reply was that I'd just have to try again another day, thank you very much, but then she asked me to wait a second while she went to the back. I overhear her telling some other monger that they'll have to wait as they had to honor an appointment at this time. She comes back and brings me in. Once I'm in a room she's apologetic and says it's always busy at this time (mid-afternoon) and she said she could only do an HH. It truly is luck of the draw. The last two Fridays were absolutely slow and I was there multiple hours each time.
