I'm not sure who actually "worries" about the race of other mongers. I haven't seen much on this forum pointing toward that. But, I am sure I'm not the only one who has had several Kgirls voluntarily disclose to me their intense racism toward AAs. Obviously that is not every girl, but I have come across quite a few, unfortunately. As for agencies, I am not sure what their protocol is because I am not AA. I think the Dominican or Latin route may work. But if you say "Dominican" the booker or provider (if it's an indy) might ask you for a selfie. Good luck to the OP, though. Coming to Los Angeles from Vegas for a short trip and would like to see my all time favorite while I am out there. If you've taken the first step and acknowledged you ate powerless over alcohol, I don't see why they should hold that against you. In my experience, the bookers and girls don't like it if you show up drunk since it makes you sloppy and sweaty and takes longer to pop.
