I hit the loops the other day passing through for work. I don't see how the DC loops have moved to 4 to 7 am activities. I'm not looking for sex at 6 am rofl. Some time spent showed me the loops are active and I saw about 5. I believe by 630 when its light out. The police will flush them out. I tried to grab some pics but was unsuccessful on a decent shot.
