Completely right. But you'll never talk some numbskulls out of overpaying. The issue is that if some dudes are willing to pay 3/5 bills they ruin it for everybody else. Not that some of us can't pay 300/500 but then it becomes an expectation then it will be 500/700 for VIP of 30 min. One can get couple of hours and couple of p* elsewhere for that kind of money for unlimited pops.
