I'm guessing some guys do. I wouldn't provide a real I'd unless he was giving me hers but that's just me. IIRC the main mechanism seems to be via the pox sores (like chicken pox). I think that 99% of cases in the US are gay men too. I do recall them saying that respitory droplets are another transmission mechanism but it seems you're far less likely to get it that way as opposed to contact with sores.
