I have contacted dozens of these TGTBT ads over the past couple years. Everyone of them gives me an address, usually a nicer apartment complex in Mt. Lookout, Oakley, Hyde Park, etc. They all want just a small upfront payment to "protect themselves". I have played all of their games, saying I have the gift card, etc, gone so far several times as to send them a picture I got of the internet of a card scratched off. Then I get the OK, come on over. LOL. Of course, I never go and any following texts go unanswered.

They are all scams. Everyone of them. If they ask for a deposit, don't do it. I have offered 2, 3 times their rate if they let me pay cash in person, not ONE of them have ever taken me up on the offer. (not that I would ever do that.).

These ads are getting sneaky. It should be a red flag as it is fake. Easy enough to Google an apartment complex to lure you in. Then ask for deposit. These ads unfortunately pop up often.

Remember-no deposits.
