When I'm on listcrawler, I look at their reviews. Not hard to get an account if you've seen someone already. Also, you don't need an account to see how long that ad has been posted there. Usually (not always) scammers will only be able to post for a few days, a week at most, before getting their number banned from the site. Not 100% of course, but typically most legit escorts will have a few reviews and have been posting for a while.
