When I visit friends in the LA / OC areas and tried scheduling appointments it's almost impossible to get to the appointments on time even when they are only 15-20 miles away because of all the traffic. This response could well go in the General section too I guess. I just returned from a cross-country road trip. Each place I visited I checked online for entertainment options.
