No, she's not a ghost, she's ghosting you, LOL! Look, you followed the first rule of mongering, no cash before you meet and get what you want. If she is really in need for groceries and feminine stuff, work like everyone else first, ie. Meet you, give you want you want, you pay her, she uses the money she earned and go get the stuff she needs. All very simple but that is not really what she wants. She wants you to give her money, she disappears anyway, you don't get what you want and sit there looking like a fool. You did the right thing.

Thanks for the info. She just shot me her number yesterday and I got some strange vibes from messaging her. Her location also moves around a bit and I got the sense she was a pro.
