First, she came from Ecuador and they as well as other immigrants have a strong community around them. They can network across the country. Just like here in Atlanta.

She probably got turned on to this guy looking for a sex worker, but using the alias of a waitress job. Then snagging her and when she said No in person probably it was all bad from there.

Sounds like real organized sex trafficking to me. Probably was an ad posted asking for attractive women with serving experience. Had a video call which appeared to be normal job interview and they knew she had no family from the questions. Flew her out and took advantage of knowing she had limited options. Since they spent money on her and didn't want to have someone warning people about it, they killed her.

It is possible it was just some incel that set this up though. I don't see a normal asshole Atlanta pimp doing this. If anything they'd make her fly out with her own money to know she's serious. Then leave her stranded if she isn't serious about working.

Yep. Somebody at the hotel went into business for themselves, she says no when he tells her the real deal, and kills her for it. The hotel where she had the interview is probably wondering if they have a killer on their hands right now, and could be shocked when they see who did this.

This story is vague. Did somebody not live up to their end of the bargain when she came here? Immigrants seem to think they are going to be able to easily find a job here when they move here and live a comfortable life but that isn't always the case now for obvious reasons. As to what this story says, just have to wait to see what they say. I think she may have just met an asshole and the media jumped the gun on publishing this story.
