He did not mention your mother in a disparaging manner, EI your mother is a X (fill in the blank) because if he had I would have taken action because we have a long standing rule on this forum that you can't talk shit about people's moms. Him saying "don't go tell your parents" was an insult pointed at you not them and certainly not in anyway way disrespectful of your mother. Everybody has parents, he was calling you a child.
