Honestly I think it's 99% ignorance. It took me two trips to similar bikini joints early in my exploits before I realized you'll never get anything from them. I went there a few times several years ago and got lucky with one particular girl. Took a lot of convincing and she was concerned because 'boss doesn't allow that.
