I read it the same way, and when I texted with her she corrected me in that the $100 deposit applies regardless of in or out. That was a show stopper for me so I didn't pursue any further.

If you're using Chrome as your browser: right-click the image, click "Search image with Google Lens", and then click "Find image source" when the Lens sidebar opens. You'll save yourself a lot of time when people are very obviously using images of celebrities / porn stars in their posts.
