I think there is some confusion over the house fee vs the tip. Generally speaking:

1. When you go to an AMP, you're going to pay for the session. 30 minutes is probably $50.60 minutes is probably 70. You usually pay this before you start so have that cash in a separate pocket. In very rare instances, they will collect this afterwards.

2. Your provider will start with the massage and if they're open or get the sense you're game for more, they will ask you what you want. This is usually $40 for HJ, $80-100 for CBJ, $140-160 for "Everything" (CBJ + CFS). Have this cash in your other pocket.

I keep money in each pocket so I can negotiate and only pull out what I need, If they see more they want more. So after I pay the house fee, I keep in my left pocket 40 (HJ only) right pocket a 20, back left pocket a 20 (adding to 80 for a CBJ) a 20 in the back right pocket, and another 20 in the tiny pocket in the right pocket (120 all together for FS) that way if it's an ugly girl I'll just get the HJ since I'm there and "only have 40 on me" or if she's hot then I have all 100-120 for FS with me.
