I stopped at another business where KMS is today. Open sign was not lit, and the few minutes I was there no one went in or out. Was looking to see someone try the door but no monger action.

Time to post this since I been to U Spa in North Olmsted twice already this week, Wendy is working there and going by Lisa. If it's not Wendy, you're going to get the exact service that you got from her.
