I've not been to these two places but I've heard you can find some Latina staff at Maximum Wellness (prices may be higher than you're used to here) and Biltmore Clinic. Maximum Wellness is in Mesa and Biltmore Clinic is in central Phoenix.

There's a place in Mesa that's been talked about on the site before called Mystic Waters that has Latinas. I don't know much about it other than what I've read so isn't much help. Its on Mesa / Gilbert border (Gilbert / Southern cross streets) and I believe its 80 dollars for an hour (used to be 70)? It says its latinas.
