I was in the area Tuesday morning around 1030 checking the scenery. Not much to look at from the circle to Westside and back to Monroe. I hit the Blvd and saw 3 WSW walking near the DD, 2 broke off and went to the RF. I looped around and stopped on Wickes Ave. By DD.
