She's young but her service is NOT exceptional. She would be a fair deal at the standard rate but not at an executive or slightly increased rate. They want to charge LA prices for San Diego when the rent is not even remotely comparable. She's not even BBFS.

Petra on the other hand is probably worth the executive rate. She at least is very easy on the eyes in spite of not allowing BBFS.
