I wish CLM would come to some sort of consensus. I've been told fee+200 by some of the older providers and then fee+300 by the younger providers so I don't know who to believe. That's just not how they operate, sadly. The only thing standard is the house fee. Anything after that is entirely up to each girl to set. I don't think CLM gets a cut of the tip so they don't care what the girl charges or does or doesn't do once they get their cut.
