After having issues scheduling with Karyn in Danbury, I decided I would drive to Waterbury to try this one out.

As much as I want to complain about the price and quality of service, the lesson here is that I should have walked away when I had the chance.

Luckily, I do have a slight redemption with another provider which I'm not ready to share just yet.
