Pure fiction. I've been to Venus spa. They have a front counter attended by women in massage "uniforms". It's basically a large open area for foot massages, not even separated by curtains. Massagers also wear uniforms, and even if their tits were falling out, you wouldn't want to see them. It's a good read, but it's pure fiction. All but the stairs. There are stairs there.
