Agreed. Very sketch. The ONE AND ONLY thing that suggests to me that she might be local, is that the one photo taken by the river seems to be taken at the boat landing under the Southgate Taylor Bridge, by the Serpentine Wall. It's the one element in the post that would just nudge the needle to believability; that the person was local. But just because a photo was taken locally doesn't mean the person who placed the ad is the person in the photo. It wouldn't be the first time a scammer as used someone else's photo.
