The thing is these places survived the pandemic where there was less traffic than it is right now. Mongers still venture out despite the inflation and are willing to pay the inflated prices that the providers ask for. I am totally not familiar with 5*. OTOH I'm quite familiar with SH and BW. I think for Jack Shacks neither suffers for MT talent.
