Saw gina through vipclub. I went against the forums advice and decided to try. You guys were right, she was old and large. She told me she was 35 but had to have been older, maybe 45-50. I've often wondered to myself how many layers must exist in this -- to get a years lease, one should have a credit history & info that's verifiable (unless it's a dump), right now it's increasingly a "seller's" market with upward trend in rents and despite growing inventory, seeminly limited supply which equates to tighter standards.
