Visited ZZ Spa in Marysville. It's literally a house. There's no reviews on this place except for RM so decided to give it a shot. It was definitely an older auntie who opened the door, Chinese, 5'3", and little chubby. Decided to try the massage and was decent. Relaxing with nice attention to the buttock area. I don't have personal experience, but read it's legit.

If you're staying around there and looking for walking distance. Sunshine Massage has confirmed fun. About 2 blocks away on 196th. I don't have personal experience there either, but when I had rubmaps it was confirmed as open for more than massage.
