Not really following what you're saying. But the enclave location is definitely not run by asians. Its too dirty. The irvine location might be, its clean and has the same dimly lit feel. I think its just some operator who is just copying what the asian houses are doing.

The history goes back many years. LOL, there's no mamasan anymore in OC other than maybe some Chinese neighborhood apartments where you may be still able to sit with other patrons in the living room waiting. And there had been many bookers with their signature last names like. Milan, . Lane. It is out of fashion but some girls still keep their old accounts. Although some of the names belong to the same booker, but I will be surprised if all the HX girls who visited every week belongs to the same one or two bookers. Pre 2019 that is.

Just too much history. But for Enclave, the current room is in the same building, same floor, may even be the same room previously used as a Korean house. For the Irvine one, there were actually quite a number of Asian houses. For the one also used by "enclave" girls, I don't know if they use only one, the booker tells me exactly where to park. Due to the nature of the apartment, it's very unique. I did the same thing before. Either the booker used to run Asian houses, or the booker just copy from whatever the boss who leased the apartment. As for the lighting, I'm so glad that they don't copy the Koreans. They are too young to copy that. The Irvine one is smaller so are the windows. It's easier to block the sun but the light bulbs are quite normal in the room I visited.
