I want to thank Bertox for sharing Jenna's information. She is a Gem and very friendly. Afternoons are always best with Keri for the exact reason you mentioned. Morning she is never ready and evenings are tough to get childcare. All but 1 of my appointments have been around lunch time. Plus it gives you time to confirm everything a few hours in advance.

I appreciate the contact info from Camera and I did try to see Keri on 3 occasions. Based on my experience I would try to see her in the afternoon.
