I agree with this and according to what your saying.

And if the number is 10% that equals to 500 woman willing to actually meet and half are ugly which equals 800 guys to 250 girls.

This may be an optimistic scenario and it could be more like 100-150 vs 800. Better odds for most than tinder and bumble but nowhere nears as good as it used to be.
