Compared to 10-15 years ago, the parlor experience has dramatically changed for the negative. It used to be they tried to give you a good overall experience for an hour. Has anyone else experienced the push for half hour when you ask for one hour? I experienced this at Total Relax in Shoreline. I wanted one hour and she pushed for 30 minutes.

Having been to Mana Massage near Whole Foods a few times, they're a 50/50 self-serve spot. Probably not to the taste of some of the hardcore mongers on this board but if the "will they / won't they" suspense and being watched by a legit masseuse excites you then it could be a good spot for you. First time I went it slowly graduated from a mediocre massage to light teasing around the pelvic region.
