Hey Guys, as our fellow monger's report below shows us, anonymity is our friend and ally. That being said, how do you guys handle providers who require screening? It seems that the majority of providers listed on Tryst and Eros have some kind of requirement and I've even seen it starting to show up in ads on STG. All of that information is readily available if you find the right reverse phone number site. Like, seriously, good your number right now and click through the first page of links. Pretty much all of them are going to try and get you to pay for their 'service' but at least one will just list out that exact info. I have fastpeoplesearch.com bookmarked just because it was able to list all of the info using just my number.

As scary as all that sounds, I say it to point out that that info is super low hanging fruit that any wannabe scammer could use to make someone think they have all this info on them.

So stop worrying, put it out of mind, and for the love of Christ QUIT ENTERTAINING DEPOSITS.

So if you are going to get involved with this hobby, you need to either have a burner phone that was bought with cash or download textnow or similar app and get a second number that is your hobby number. Do not use your real number as it is easy to trace you and it is possible to get text from provider at bad time. If you have a significant other, download the app and turn off notifications so texts can still come in but it won't show one came in and you can just periodically check it. This saves you from having a second phone that is hard to explain the reason for having.

This is borderline criminal text. I was stupid. Since nothing illegal occurred, I won't hesitate to turn it over to authorities if anything happens. I use hollow points in my 9 mm and my aim is quite good.

OK, to start, with all due respect to LSL, I have to point out that this fantastic story does tempt one to suspect that the entire thing is made up. But with that aside.

The conduct you described seems to present felony crimes, including assault, possible federal crimes as well.

It is also clearly a scam. Where is there profit in killing your ho, and all of her family for failure to collect and pay over to the pimp when a single potential customer declines to take a date? And how, exactly, would it be profitable to threaten to kill a potential customer and his family? That would seem to ensure no further business. And that isn't how any of this works. The effort, cost and risk to deliver on those threats would vastly exceed any potential revenue even if blackmail is the business model.

My suggestion is forget this nonsense. Don't give it another thought. And if it weighs on you, go ahead and retain the evidence. But I think this is a big fat zero.

Most importantly, this story reinforces the basic newbie guidance: do not use your personal phone number to contact an escort service or provider. There are free options, and a burner phone is easy and inexpensive to obtain.
