So I can't speak about Secret Benefit but there are different kinds of cards. The Vanilla (or some other gift cards) usually work but have been denied recently on SA for me. However, the last card I bought, I just got a relaodable debit card. It should be on the same rack with gift cards but the software should consider that just like a bank debit card. Last time I just use the bad gift card to buy the debit card in the same store. Lost $5 on the mistake but doesn't break the bank.

Walmart type visa or MC vanilla card did not work. Forced me the use regular CC.

I spoke with her several years ago, but quickly stopped corresponding with her because she seemed EXTREMELY mentally unwell. I don't know why you need her contact information, but I would proceed with caution. Maybe she was in a bad spot at the time, but after reading a few of her messages on SA, I felt like a dodged a bullet by never giving her my burner number or exchanging photos.
