I am posting again now that I have booked my trip. I will be staying at Marriott on Stevens Creek (by 280) and would like to visit a good org in the later evening after I am done with work activities. For most of the k-orgs, your options are photochop or full on fake.

Photochopping usually is along the lines of.

* placing their face on another models' body.

* slimming the body down so it's not as think.

Fake if fake. YMMV greatly on those.

I usually think it's great when the lady behind the door isn't a full on GILF, which I haven't experienced with k-orgs.

With c-orgs, it's more likely to happen. Especially with ones that setup at motels.
