Honestly I think this had to do with some miscommunication as I heard her account and either she didn't realize that you had already left for Indy when she said she would let you know when to leave or you got a little eager and decided to head that way before she told you to leave. First meets are often difficult as Ty Cox points out and communicating with a provider the first time can be a challenge but she is definitely worth it IMO.

Was suppose to meet her between 8 PM-10 pm that night. Was already about 7 pm when I asked where I should go, so I can start driving down there. Wasn't going to drive aimlessly down to Indy, so I needed some idea where to set my GPS to. She only gave me the street areas to go on.
