Ok, so I've been in this game for about a year now in Salisbury, and have been surprised by the complete lack of providers in Salisbury or Concord. I used to see her on a regular basis but that was roughly 4 years ago. Decent service with BBFS available. She had a bf / pimp at the time but was no issue. I'd like to say I can help with this but all I can do is give some advice on where to stay clear of. Greensboro is absolute shit show. I haven't seen a worthwhile provider up that way since before covid and it is just getting worse by the day. Lots of SWs if you are into that but I don't recommend. Sad case for the area.
