I forgot to add that in order to begin PrEP, one would have to get tested for HIV and once the result is negative the doctor can begin to prescribe PrEP. Once on PrEP, an HIV test is required once every 3 months and if negative, PrEP can continue.

PrEP and mentions of available, verifiable tests open all kinds of doors. I'm chiming in from LA where bare is pretty common. Pretty sure the reason is that they're all on PrEP. Out here, AHF gives it out free to s workers and has since at least 2019. There are now two generics available in the US. If you have decent insurance, it should be covered with a co-pay. There's really no reason to not be on it other than privacy from the people in your life. There is a very small chance it could effect your bone density or harm your kidney or liver but your doctor will be monitoring how your body responds and will take you off it. Then it's back to the bag for you.

I would like to start with medication to avoid health risks. If someone who has been taking these medication can provide more information as to how to get them? How many pill a need we need to take?

Do it have any side effects? Is it effective? Can I get it at low cost or free?

What are some of the other prevention technique which will help with no ris of STD, HIV?

So I visited this relatively newer AMP couple of weeks back. Was very excited reading all the reviews about Aya (she was there back then), Helen and other Jap girls. On the day of appointment, I was led to this dark and dingy basement on 29th and Park. It is a residential building and people in the elevator know why you're headed to the basement and give you a strange disgusted look from the corner of their eyes.

Next, the AMP is totally open and there is no concept of security. Instead of buzzer doors, they have normal door which are not even locked. Not that buzzer doors can keep LEO away but at least you won't walk into a known face. The reception keeps your shoes and provides sandals (as if their carpet is immaculate). I walked in on a rainy day and thus it was hot and humid. No central ac. They have pedestal fans which they make the poor girls carry around.

I'm not going to go into the details of the session as this is a RANT, not a sleaze advertisement. I saw a Jap girl who offered BBFS for a benji and I committed the mistake of taking it. I should have restrained when her taco smelled of bad cheese but then I wouldn't be there if I had half a mind that day. Fast forwarding to this day, I got Chlamydia from her. I will be on antibiotics for a few weeks. Hardest part is convincing your partner why you won't touch her and why your pee burns.

Damn. That's literally a block from my office. I'm glad I didn't know that place was there. The only time I ever caught something I got from my girlfriend at the time who I had just started seeing so I didn't have to hide it. But you could tell your partner you have a UTI. Those burn just as bad. I had one of those a few years back and was sure I had caught something until I the doctor told me otherwise.
