I really enjoy a massage so the chance at a decent to great hour massage for 60 is more than a good deal. Almost always if it is a place that offers extra they will make the first move. Usually with a hand jesture. And like mentioned above, 40 is plenty of tip for a HJ. I don't get handsy at a new place unless explicitly invited in which case you then know you are golden.
