Yes, they are apparently friends but the girl in Norristown now does not work with the rip-off Lauren. For the same reasons as you (wanting something reliable in the burbs) I pinged her a lot via text over a period of about two months until she finally got back to me. Huge menu with a lot of options. Got the sense she'd be difficult because everything seemed to be an extra charge. That's a big turn-off for me so I passed.

Some of my rules of thumb are that anyone who claims 42 up top is probably at least 44 or 46 (38 claimed?
