I heard one of my old favorites is or will soon be at diamond in la mesa. I have never been there or any of the spas in that area. Can anyone give me update on this place? HE only? Offer FS? If you want FS, Esco is not a good place aside from the Latina place on Cedar and Valley Parkway.

Your next bet would be down the I-15 to Vitality Spa in Rancho Bernardo. A bit overpriced for the service and there only seems to be one older spinner working there.

If you travel down a little more south in Poway there is Relax spa. Much better bang for your buck. Nice cute spinner last time I went there.
