I can't speak for none of the others, but I know the ones I'm referring to have to pay to advertise; pay rent / business insurance; electricity; business phone; supplies; consistent laundry; keep themselves looking good in whatever extent that means; etc. They aren't charging outrageous prices IMO, but they are more on upscale side. They all have a regular clientele, but let's be real how many times is one person going to see them in a week; every week for an extended period of time? Granted, the few I'm speaking of have a limited menu, but stay busy to the point even me getting in can be difficult. They're rates IMO have always been reasonable. I expect that eventually they will have to go up on rates, but not to the extreme. I'd assume that it would only go up on non-regulars. Well-stated, good sir. If I recall correctly I believe TER also temporarily went down around the same timeframe. But even then I found some reasonably priced Eros girls. One even showed me how to use a VPN and pretend to be in another country to continue accessing TER. Sadly the effects of the pandemic's restrictions altered EVERYTHING. Bad service at restaurants, high job vacancies, shortage of tradesmen, inflation, and shortages. Including shortages of providers. Just like many of us work from home, so do they now with OF and other avenues. As I've said before, there's not a single reasonably priced CLT-based provider I can recommend with full confidence and many other cities are the same. I'll keep searching as I'm sure one will pop up, but my quest shifts to a UTR search because despite my optimism I don't foresee an improvement in the near future.
