In regards to keeping my identity safe. Here's what happened when I went to the location. I arrived 15 min early for a drive by saw some guys sitting out front on each side of the condo and one on the middle steps. When I parked they were still in the same spots. Text message comes in and says go to the red door. Keep in mind there's three levels to this condo. I responded back asking which apartment number. Text comes back in and said you'll see the red door. This did not look safe. Early afternoon visit. Too man red flags. Originally she wanted to deposit I told her no through text. Text message comes back in a few days later saying come I'll waive the mandatory deposit. I would say proceed with caution. This provider seems like there might be trouble.
