I actually go through this with my SB clients. They are receiving gifts. Gifts are not taxable. For the SD, in 2022 the lifetime gift exclusion is 12.06 million. This means you can give away 12.06 million in gifts during your lifetime and not pay gift tax. Once you bypass the annual exclusion ($16 K for 2022). Then you simply have to report the excess to the IRS and deduct it from the 12.06 million that you are allowed to give in your lifetime.

I do want to say this, I have one SB client whose SD gives her $100K year. A couple of years ago, she told him that she wanted to buy a house, so he gave her $250K for a down payment on a house (in addition to her regular $100K). Here is how our conversation went:

Me: So he gave you $250K for a down payment on a house.
SB: Yes, so, I need to show that I have a regular income outside of what I'm getting from him to get a loan.
Me: Well, you already have a business, we could possibly inflate your profit so that you show enough income to qualify, but you'll have to pay extra tax on that income. It will be about $20K in additional taxes. Can you do that?
SB: No.
Me: Just use the money he gave you and put $230K down.
SB: I can't. I spent it all.
Me: (Dumbfounded look).
SB: Well, it's really expensive to live in Seattle.

Note: I would never inflate income on a tax return so a person could qualify for a home. I just know others that would do it.

While I'm not really interested or sympathetic to the plight of the sugarbaby, I can sort of see the point. The guys are just as bad at ripping the girls off as vice-versa. In the last day we've gone from "you need to be able to drop $100 k without blinking" to be successful to "I'm just in it for the free pics", LOL!

The wonderful thing about playing in the bowl is there is fun to be had and pleasure found at many price points. The whole "you need to be x rich to be a sugar daddy" is the kind of gate keeping the sugar babies on Reddit do. I mean, it's going to be a struggle if you're straight broke but if you can scrape a few hundred a month you can play part time. Me, I keep track and spent about $17 K last year on sugar dating expenses. Worked out to be an intimate date every other week. That's PPM, hotels, meals, gifts, membership fees, etc. Most of those dates were with very attractive women 15-20 years younger than me. I had a lucky run. Anyway, it wasn't exactly cheap but you don't need to be Bezos or even a low level executive to make some good memories.

I did have a membership but it became a hassle, so I get messages all the time, but I never respond. I get access to pics. Since most women have low self esteem I bet I have ruined a few. Some try messaging over and over. Its kind of nice having the upper hand for once LOL.

To be honest with you it's all about creating a relationship with the night shift attendee or whoever is the attendant atm. Most are greedy and will hook up rooms for straight cash. Creating a relationship with these attendants is hard because it's trial and error. Couple tips are:

- Keep a cap of max $50-60 again sometimes these attendants get greedy.

- Along with cash give the attendants some goodies, a 6 pack or some bud or whatever there fancy is along as it's relatively cheap.

- Don't wreck rooms and try to leave everything as tidy as you found it.

Once they see have established that your just there to fuck and not nefarious activities, 99% of the time they will gladly let you do it again, thus creating your relationship.

Be prepared for a fair bit of rejection, this very trial and error. After a couple rejections you grow some thick skin.
