I don't think that was her. About 5'8". No accent. Sounded like from the DC area. Average to slim build. Brown hair. No marks. Had on sunglasses. Pale alabaster complexion.

Finally stopped for Michelle at the circle. Early thirties, long brown hair in ponytail, alright looks, about 135 lbs. Says she's from Laurel.
