I just used my browser ad blocker. AdBlockPlus has a 'select element' option and I removed all the ads by clicking on them. Now whenever I load into this website ABP automatically blocks those ads.

That's a good way to do it. Unfortunately, a lot of people don't know such things are possible. Many popular ad blockers have this feature.

Does sdag or other agencies accommodate early mornings? Maybe 8 or 9 am. I have asked in the past but they declined.

If you're a regular with a certain girl, some orgs may make an exception and let you slide before regular hours.

They have accommodated a 9 am appointment for me before because it was a repeat with someone that I had already seen so she told me to let the booker know that she was okay with that if I ever wanted to repeat with her.

They also made a 9 am appointment for me with someone I hadn't seen before and the provider wasn't too happy with having to get up early to prep for the appointment. She was 15 minutes late to start and was okay with it once the session started.

It's up to the girl's working, most of the time they aren't willing to do earlier sessions. I've even tried scheduling the day prior and get the same response.

Thanks for the research, I can always count on you for finding the good information. Brutal, it's bad enough that the Thai agencies have such bad service but then to send the fake pictures on top of that it's sad.
