You really need to rtff here. Been a while since I've visited but from what I remember the majority of the outcall you'll be paying for them to visit, and then anything else will be upcharge. IMO the going rate is whatever makes the girl and the customer happy. In other words, the standard rate can vary the same as the many variables that make a session satisfying.
