IMO the going rate is whatever makes the girl and the customer happy. In other words, the standard rate can vary the same as the many variables that make a session satisfying. Had a few hours to spare so I called PW to make an appointment. I asked who was working and the girl said that two new girls working. Decided to go in anyway and was pleasantly surprised that a regular girl was back in town. I paid the hourly rate and was led back to the room.
