Same thing happened to me a couple weeks ago.

Not to keep the chain going but it happened to me but only as I was in route tho. I don't stay terribly far from them but I refused to get all the way to the neighborhood without constant contact. That's super rare to happen to me, mainly because I do outcalls I guess. They are ready once they get into my place by default. Only somewhat common occurrence is they may need to use the bathroom once they arrive but not to common, and in that case I haven't known them to use bathroom time against the clock. My suggestion is the best way is to ask them once you see them when does the time start. Don't be so eager to fork over the paper as soon as you see them, talk business first to see what the atmosphere and her attitude is about. But Chi41 is right, it's an old trick. There are some providers who will use time that a monger arrives late against the lock. If you want 30 minutes and show up 10 minutes after you said you'd be there and you get 20 minutes or even if you show up on time I've known some to use the time you get undressed or walk from your car against the clock. For me the time should start upon the first BBBJ lick or upon penetration.
