You might check the Northern Virginia forum as well for AMP options in that area. The menus there have begun to open up over the past year or so, but be careful not to get ripped off. Your options will be more limited if you don't have a car.

The AMP scene in DC itself is dead. Howard and Montgomery Counties are hostile to mongering. Don't visit anyone in those two counties without a solid lead and solid history.

Found an AMP kind of in the Linthicum area. Pretty discreet but different from my usual experienced. The outer door is locked, visible from a good distance all around and several businesses in the adjoined business suites. So, when you knock you have to wait outside, no quick entrance to hide in.
