That's what I figured, but last night I found several K-girls working at the Chinese owned spas. If you and Aussie are familiar with this area, you guys should know this already, right? Current medical knowledge does not allow us to alter our chromosomes. Trans people know quite a bit about chromosomes and biology and rarely are arguing against it. As TheNovelest said, there is not a hard line between the two as we standardly like to operate in society; we love categories that whittle us down to our base components. While a person could be assigned female at birth with XX chromosomes, they are a man when they transition.

What is medical and scientific fact is that transitioning to whatever state the person wants is the best medical option for the individual. And if they are a Trans man with a penis, a vulva, both or neither. They are still a man. And being seen as a man and accepted as a man is the scientific / medical / social best option.

This was at least 20 years ago. There was an attractive brunette woman Olympian. I don't remember her name or events that she competed in. Back then, they took saliva samples, and did a chromosome chart, mainly to make sure each Olympian had an XX or XY. I think it's because some countries tried to have men pretend to be women, to try to win more medals.

Well, this attractive American brunette, was found to have a why chromosome! She was XY! She was immediately disqualified from the Olympics.

Another aftermath, was that the media reported that she immediately lost her boyfriend, too. I feel bad for her, as that turned her life upside down. No, it's a "social" fact, but neither a medical nor scientific one. A spayed or neutered dog or cat are still biologically female / male, just missing some parts. By your standards, an amputee is no longer human, because some of the bits used to define "human" aren't there. But also irrelevant for here.

I'm sorry if you were born a man and want to be a female, you were born a man and ARE a man. It isn't a human rights issue, it isn't about dignity. It's someone not being mentally capable of dealing with the cards that life has dealt them. You are what you are and 98.5% of the population seems to be able to deal with how they were born, we shouldn't be changing our society to for the very, very small percentage of people that can't deal with the gender they were at birth.

I've never understood that kind of hatred, except to understand that hate is almost always based in ignorance. It's as stupid as hating someone because they're black, Korean, Palestinian, Jewish, Polish, conservative, liberal, poor, a cop, a celebrity, etc.
